Garden Gate Nursery is a wholesale container tree nursery based in Pasco, Washington, with a second growing location in Boring, Oregon. Since 2005 we have supplied shade trees, ornamental trees, and conifers to landscape contractors, cities, and retail nurseries throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Most of our inventory is grown in containers with a bark-based mix. That means lighter trees that are easier to move, plant in tight spaces, and schedule year-round — compared with traditional balled-and-burlapped stock.
Whether you need street trees for a municipal project, maples and lindens for a commercial landscape, or flowering ornamentals for a retail lot, we grow varieties that perform in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and beyond.

We grow a wide range of shade trees for landscapers and retailers — from Acer maples to Zelkova — selected for tough Northwest summers, urban soils, and long-term canopy. Our container program helps crews move larger caliper trees into finished landscapes with less root disturbance.
Popular wholesale categories include maples, lindens, oaks, and other street- and shade-tree standards used across Spokane, Seattle, Portland, Boise, and the Tri-Cities.
Ornamental trees and conifers for finished landscapes
Flowering crabapples, dogwoods, redbuds, plums, and other ornamentals bring seasonal color to residential and commercial projects. Conifers grown at our Willamette Valley location add evergreen structure for privacy screens, entries, and year-round plantings.

Thankful for our Public Servants and 20 Years of Business
25 years ago was a sad day. We're thankful that our country is still a wonderful place to live in and build a business in and we're thankful for our public servants that help make our country what it is and has been. This year also marks 20 years since Garden Gate Nursery shipped our first order of trees.
